A lovely hotel in an amazing location. A tasty breakfast on the rooftop terrace with a view is really an experience! We also arrived very early from an overnight flight and a hotel at our request gave us an extra room at a great value price to sleep for a few hours. I was with two kids and it really saved our day! Such attentive wonderful staff! Thank you for making our visit so special.

Location is incredible. The look and feel of the hotel is really nice. They had the room ready with the sofa bed all set up, I usually spend hours chasing other hotels to do this service. The staff are professional, respectful and so kind. The service was better than staying in luxury hotel and I have stayed in many.

Excellent location, situated at the most convenient part of the Grand Via. Every major landmark is at walking distance, 2 Metro stations as well just in case. The entrance is in an alley, that is a good thing. It’s a quiet place, you almost forget you are on the Grand Via. We went for the room with the rooftops view and it was amazing! Room is small but with a great layout. It has all you need when it comes to amenities and an unexpectedly large closet. The bed is also large and comfy and with the rooftop view as mentioned. The minibar is equipped with water and refreshments, you get a daily refill. It was a little cold in the room but housekeeping provided us with a heating fan immediately. Staff was super nice and helpful, always. The terrace is amazing, you have easy access to one of the most coveted places on Grand Via. My wife says the strong hairdryer was super convenient and the large container of body lotion a great bonus.

It was in the perfect location right in the heart of Gran Via where all the shopping eating and drinking is but the entrance was tucked away on a little side street steps away from the street Gran Via. The interior of the hotel was fresh modern and clean, as was the room. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed both the rooftop bar and the terrace of the restaurant a floor below. The room had a great shower that can be hard to find in Europe, in fact the whole bathroom was huge and beyond anything I have seen even in most American hotels! The rate was quite reasonable. We loved our 3 night stay here and would not hesitate to stay here again!

the location is really central and close to anything. for 6 days we didn’t even need to use the metro. the rooms on the 6th floors have small balconies overlooking the gran via, which is also kinda cool. another cool thing is the daily refilling soft drinks mini bar that was included in the room price we didn’t have much engagement with the staff but when we did they were very nice

Checkin and checkout was all automated and very easy!Beautiful views from the rooftop garden!Breakfast was very good ..The best part of our stay was the surprise organized by Ms Sandra from the Reception for our Son’s birthday..they made it even more memorable with their surprise 😊👌Studio Room was very good and met our expectations!would definitely recommend as this place is best for seeing Madrid on foot !

The hotel is located slap-bang in the centre of Madrid and great for anyone sightseeing or shopping. The room was very comfortable and nicely designed. It looked very stylish and was very clean with good facilities.

Excellent location, just off a main street with tons of action but still quiet and cozy. Room was spacious, very clean. Breakfast is very good, didn't change a lot during the week.... Staff is very friendly and knowledgable

Breakfast buffet was ok. But the location, room and staff were excellent. The hotel is located a few steps from Gran Via avenue which is filled with lots of great shopping and restaurants and great for easy Uber pick up and drop off. Also, their rooftop bar is very nice.

We loved the location in the Gran Via within walking distance to Chueca, Malasaña. Also loved the included buffet breakfast. The roof terrace bar Le Tavernier has awesome views and us a great spot for drinks.
